Return Policy
We are confident that you will love our products. We even provide a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. We happily accept returns. Just contact us when you are not satisfied with your order or wish to return an item. Be sure to carefully ready the information below before contacting us. And please don’t return anything without our authorization.
Return Process
Follow these steps if you wish to make a return:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving the order. Provide us with the following information:
- Your order number;
- Which item(s) you’d like to return;
- Reason for returning;
- Photos (only in case of a quality issue).
- We will respond with instructions on how to return the product(s) back to us.
- You ship the products back to us within 7 days of receiving our instructions.
- Once we receive the product(s) we check to make sure it is still in an acceptable condition.
- Finally, we will either:
- Ship out a replacement product in case of defective item(s) or size exchange(s); or
- Issue a full refund in case of unwanted item(s).
We will not be responsible if return shipments are lost during return transit. So we suggest you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We are unable to provide prepaid return shipping labels for returns.
We reserve the right to determine reshipping method regardless of the shipping method used in the original order.
Refunds are issued in the form of coupons to use on future purchases. The shipping cost and any incurred taxes and customs charges from the original shipment to the customer are not refundable.
Defective Item Exchange
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive items that are defective or with flaws, from a small hole or tear to a broken thread or seam, please let us know and we’ll arrange for a free return or replacement item.
We will be responsible for the return shipping costs if the defective claim is confirmed to be valid, and if the defective items are returned via Regular Airmail or Registered Airmail. Return shipping costs will be refunded in the form of a coupon after receipt of your return. No compensation for shipping costs will be provided when using other shipping methods, including Courier Services or Express Mail, unless we agreed to that in advance.
In cases of defective return, we will provide a free replacement item instead of a refund. We will pay for the reshipping of the replacement. Any taxes and customs charges will be at your expense.
Size Exchange
It is sad when the product you purchased doesn’t fit well. So always be sure to closely review our size guide before purchasing and in doubt we recommend ordering a larger size. If the product doesn’t fit, then you may exchange it.
Customers are required to bear return shipping fees in cases of size exchange. We will pay for the reshipping of the replacement. Any taxes and customs charges will be at your expense.
Unwanted Item Return
If you’re not satisfied with a purchase, you can request a return and refund. Your satisfaction is our concern, so if for any reason you’re unhappy with a product, you can talk to us.
Customers are required to bear return shipping fees in cases of unwanted returns.
Refunds will be processed when returned products are received and confirmed to be in acceptable condition. Refunds are issued in the form of coupons to use on future purchases.
Exceptions
We don’t accept returns in the following cases:
- When the return is requested later than 7 days after receiving the order.
- When the return was not authorized by us.
- When the return was not shipped to us within 7 days of authorization.
- When the return is never received by us.
- When the reason for the return involves allergic reactions or adverse skin conditions due to products that we sell.
These products are excluded from returns:
- Products that are no longer in the same condition that you received it.
- Products that were used, worn or washed.
- Products without the original packaging and tags.
- Sales items, unless there is a quality issue.
- Underwear and swimwear, unless there is a quality issue.
