We offer three shipping methods:
- Courier (UPS or Fedex): fastest option, takes 2-4 days, premium service by UPS or Fedex
- EMS: smart choice, takes 3-7 days, operated by postal services
- Registered airmail: cheapest option, takes 1-3 weeks, operated by postal services
You will receive a tracking code as soon as your order is dispatched.
How much are the shipping cost?
We offer flat rate shipping for all destinations. The rates depend on the destination and shipping method. See the table below for all rates.
- Orders over $117.00 are shipped for free with EMS.
- Orders over $175.50 are shipped for free with UPS or Fedex.

When do I receive my order?
In general, orders are shipped within 1-5 business days. It might take longer if part of your order is on backorder. We will contact you by e-mail if that is the case.
Shipping times vary depending on the shipping method and the destination address.
- UPS or Fedex: takes 2-4 days
- EMS: takes 3-7 days
- Registered airmail: takes 1-3 weeks
The indicated times are averages and not guaranteed. Delivery to addresses in Asia and the United States are usually faster. The following countries are known to usually take more than 10 days to deliver with EMS: Pakistan, U.A.E., Bangladesh, Qatar, Nigeria, Russia, Cameroon, Colombia, Guatemala, Myanmar, Mexico, Sri Lanka, Nicaragua, El Salvador, Honduras, Costa Rica, Panama, Chile, Czech Republic, Brazil, Uzbekistan.
For more efficient delivery of your order, we advise that you not use a Post Office box when placing orders. Doing so may delay your shipment.
Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the transporter or customs clearance. Please contact the transporter directly if you have questions or concerns about shipment delays.
Keep in mind that shipments might be delayed when shipped shortly before or after busy holiday seasons, like Christmas.
Lost shipments will be reshipped to you without any extra cost, but only after the transporter confirms that the parcel is lost.
How about taxes?
When ordering from Korea, you are considered as the importer of the purchased products and will be responsible for any customs tax (such as import duties, goods and services tax (GST), value added tax (VAT)) or any similar customs-related fees (such as customs clearance fees or brokerage fees). The transporter will request payment from you, upon delivery, for any taxes or fees related to your shipment.
Taxes and related fees might not apply when the shipment value is below the tax & duty threshold. This website shows for each country the thresholds and tax rates for both GST/VAT taxes and duty taxes (we are not responsible for errors on that site). Customs policies vary by country and we cannot make any guarantees as to whether or not shipments will be subject to taxes or customs-related fees. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
Be sure to closely review your shipping address and contact details before placing your order. Inform us by e-mail as soon as possible if you discover an error in your address or contact information after the checkout. We cannot change the shipping address after the order is dispatched, nor will we be able to redirect the shipment.
You shipment will need to pass customs clearance when it arrives in your country. The transporter will handle the customs clearance process for you (sometimes at a fee) and you usually won’t be involved. But in rare cases it might occur that customs requires additional information from you, such as proof of payment to confirm the value. Be sure to comply with such requests, because the shipment will be delayed and ultimately returned to us if you don’t.
Delivery might fail in these cases:
- When the address is incorrect.
- When the recipient is unavailable for delivery or cannot be reached by the transporter or customs.
- When you fail to comply with (information) requests from customs.
- When you don’t collect the parcel at the designated pick-up location (pick-up might be required after the transporter was unable to deliver to your address).
- When you refuse the parcel upon delivery.
- When you don’t pay the taxes and customs fee for your shipment.
The transporter will return your shipment to us when it cannot be delivered. When we receive an undeliverable shipment, we will notify you via e-mail to arrange for reshipment. All reshipments incur reshipment fees that are the same as our regular shipping fees. Reshipment fees will be applied regardless of the original shipment’s eligibility for free shipping. Additional courier charges for return shipping (often the case with UPS shipments) may also apply and will also be at your expense.
